Michelle Obama Endorses Healthy Families Act

Citing flextime, paid time off and telecommuting as factors leading to happier employees and more profitable companies, first lady Michelle Obama recently endorsed the Healthy Families Act. National Health Security Strategy Released

Omnibus Appropriations Bill Adds Funding for Occupational Health, Safety

Congress recently approved the Omnibus Appropriations bill, which includes increased funding for occupational safety and health agencies. Among those benefiting are the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
