Exercise is Medicine™
A six-week program that offers pre and post assessments, structured resistance and balance training, as well as nutrition and health-risk reduction education. Clients are entitled to three weekly sessions for six weeks, as well as use of Fitness Plus on class days. Sessions are held in the Saint Francis Health and Wellness Center.

Move It and Lose It
This ten-week program helps you take the appropriate steps to lose weight and make lifestyle changes with proper nutrition and exercise. For less than $20 a week, the program provides 45-minute group exercise circuit training twice a week; weekly support group sessions led by our wellness dietitian and nurse; pre and postfitness measurements to determine individual caloric needs for maximum weight loss; and a flexible meal plan.
