Occupational Medicine Clinic

Saint Francis' Occupational Medicine Clinic meets the pre-employment and work-injury needs of businesses and industries. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm and offers:

• A convenient location on the Saint Francis campus adjacent to the Emergency Department in the Healing Arts Center
• 24-hour care for your work force through the Occupational Medicine Clinic and the Gene E. Huckstep Emergency Center/Level III Trauma Center
• Close proximity to radiology services, including X-ray, CT and open MRI; laboratory services; psychology services; and a rehabilitation department with industrial rehabilitation therapy
• Seven exam rooms specifically designed for efficiency and to decrease appointment length
• Two forensic restrooms designated for specimen collection to expedite routine collections and enhance the random drug-testing program
• Specially equipped treatment room to quickly and efficiently address more acute injuries and emergencies
• A multirole, multimission design for increased efficiency in patient flow
• Complimentary valet parking for your injured employees during business hours
• A new lobby shared with the Healing Arts Pharmacy, a service available to expedite your employee’s rapid return following an appointment

Services

• Initial evaluation, treatment and follow-up care of workers’ compensation injuries or illness
• Surveillance services: physicals (DOT, preplacement, annual, periodic, fitness for duty, fire responders, hazardous materials team and executives), immunizations, drug collections, vision screening, pulmonary function testing and respiratory fitness testing, audiometric testing, and health and wellness screenings
• Outpatient services: rehabilitation (physical therapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy, job site analysis, ergonomic evaluations and work conditioning); radiology, laboratory, respiratory and audiology services; and health and wellness screenings
• Health fairs and educational seminars on a variety of topics such as CPR, first aid, corporate fitness programs, injury prevention and Back School
• Case management/healthcare cost control
• Retail pharmacy
• Emergency services 24 hours a day
