Certifies individuals to be American Red Cross lifeguards and includes lifeguard training, first aid, CPR for the professional rescuer and automated external defibrillator (AED) essentials. Students must be at least 15 years of age on or before the last day of the course. A swimming pre-test is required for participation in the Lifeguard Training course.
