This program follows American Red Cross guidelines and includes basic skills for preschool-age children. The skill progressions for this program have been specially designed to result in optimal physical and cognitive learning success. With low instructor-to-child ratios and highly motivated teachers, your child can learn one of the most essential skills in life: how to swim and be safe near and around water. All of our instructors are certified in lifeguarding and CPR, and a lifeguard is always on duty during classes. Children will be placed in classes according to skill level. Fitness Plus aquatic staff can assist with class placement.
