Program follows American Red Cross guidelines and includes skills outlined in the swimming progression levels. All instructors are certified in lifeguarding and CPR, and a lifeguard is always on duty during classes. Classes feature a low instructor-to-child ratio. Parents can determine class placement, or Fitness Plus aquatics staff can assist.
