Based on Shaun T’s INSANITY, this program will take you to your max! This is a high-intensity, high-impact workout with explosive cardio drills, power and resistance moves, plyometrics, and core and balance work. You will be working harder and longer and resting less! No equipment is used, just bodyweight activities. This class is NOT for beginners or for those with knee, back, neck or shoulder problems. Participants must register at the Service Desk. Classes will meet either in Studio 2 or the Multipurpose Room. Instructors are Toni and Dianne.
