This six-week program is a fun way to be introduced to the sport of jump rope. Learn the basic components while developing and enhancing self-discipline, self-confidence, self-esteem and physical fitness. Learn beginner skills, routines, partner skills, long rope skills, double-dutch and more. Jumping rope is a great addition to any fitness regimen.
