Starts May 9, 2013

Thursday, May 9, marks the kickoff of the 2013 Team One campaign, a special annual effort by Saint Francis Foundation to raise funds for members of our Family and important causes throughout the Medical Center.

To Give

You may return your completed pledge sheet (from inside your Team One booklet, or download a pledge sheet online—below) to your department’s Team One captain or directly to Saint Francis Foundation.

Participation Rewards and Prizes

Donation of any amount

Employees who contribute to this year’s Team One campaign will receive a blue Caring for Our Family badge extender with swivel clip.

$10 per pay period

Employees who contribute $10-14 per pay period will receive a Team One Caring for Our Family reusable porcelain coffee mug with lid.

$15 per pay period

Employees who contribute $15-19 per pay period will receive a blue Team One Caring for Our Family T-shirt and reusable porcelain coffee mug with lid.

$20 or more per pay period

Employees who contribute $20 or more per pay period will receive a choice of a Team One Caring for Our Family blue polo or scrub top and a reusable porcelain coffee mug with lid.

In addition, Team Starters (those making a minimum pledge of $10 per pay period by May 17) and First-time Team Members (those contributing to the Team One campaign for the first time) will be entered into special prize drawings. More information about great prizes will be distributed throughout the campaign.

Participation prizes and rewards are not funded from the monies raised by this campaign.
