Following the instructor's name is the class location. Classes are held in:

  • 1 – Aerobics studio 1 (green room)
  • 2 – Aerobics studio 2 (blue room)
  • MP – Multipurpose Room
  • Conf Rm – Conference room located near the elevators
  • Lap Pool – Largest pool
  • Rec Pool – Center pool
  • Rehab Pool – Warm-water pool behind glass wall

 

*  Arthritis classes are free to members, but you must register to attend. Please call 331-5399 to register.
^ Intro to STOTT PILATES is held every other Saturday on an as needed basis. If you are interested in attending this class, please sign up 24 hours in advance at the front desk.
+ These classes are introductory level, lower intensity or geared toward seniors, but will still provide you with a great workout.
