When time is of the essence, Saint Francis Medical Center has immediate access to regional aeromedical services that respond to life-threatening injuries and medical conditions.

ARCH Medical Services, Inc.
ARCH (Area Rescue Consortium of Hospitals) Air Medical Services, Inc. is a critical care air ambulance service providing coverage for Missouri, Illinois and the surrounding regions. Often, critically ill newborns are transported from area hospitals, as well as other locations, to the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Saint Francis safely and efficiently via ARCH.

Air Evac Lifeteam
Air Evac Lifeteam was founded more than 20 years ago to provide rural area residents timely transportation to regional hospitals during life-threatening situations. With a network of bases in the central United States, Air Evac Lifeteam is a licensed air ambulance provider throughout Saint Francis' five-state service area of Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Tennessee and Kentucky.

ARCH and Air Evac Lifeteam's emergency medical aircrafts land on one of two heliports at Saint Francis' Gene E. Huckstep Emergency Center/Level III Trauma Center for access to immediate lifesaving care.
