Background
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health management from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Mo. Jeff's road to becoming a personal trainer began after he was in a car accident. After completing physical therapy, Jeff began to workout to get back in shape and was hooked. He has conducted more than 3,000 personal training sessions with clients age 10-53.
