Personal Trainers Can Give You an Edge
If you're looking for a little extra motivation to lose weight and/or build muscle, working with a personal trainer can be a step in the right direction.
"Going beyond your comfort level to achieve your fitness goals is sometimes difficult to do on your own," says Darren Harris, BS, HFI, A-PAI, health and fitness coordinator at Fitness Plus, a nationally recognized medically integrated fitness facility. "A personal trainer can help you set up a realistic and effective program that meets your health and fitness goals, teaches you the best way to exercise and keeps you motivated."
At Fitness Plus, personal trainers work with members during one-on-one sessions that may include cardiovascular, strength and/or flexibility exercises. Personal trainers also assist in monitoring your progress, hold you accountable to your program and adjust your exercise as needed to get results.
