The Gene E. Huckstep Emergency Center/Level III Trauma Center at Saint Francis Medical Center offers treatment for serious illnesses and injuries, including:
     • Abdominal pain

     • Acute upper respiratory infections

     • Allergic drug reaction

     • Asthma
     • Auto accident

     • Back pain

     • Breathing difficulty
     • Broken bone(s)

     • Choking

     • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

     • Contusions
     • Falls

     • Gaping wound(s)

     • Heart attack/chest pain

     • High fever

     • Human and some animal bites

     • Open wounds

     • Passing out (fainting)

     • Self-inflicted assault

     • Stroke
     • Sudden severe pain and swelling in a joint
     • Suddenly not being able to speak or move

     • Surgery complication
     • Swallowing poison

Convenient Care offers treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, including:
     • Cold

     • Earache

     • Fever (without convulsions)

     • Flu
     • Insect bite (not causing breathing trouble)

     • Minor cuts (with bleeding under control)
     • Skin rash

     • Sprains or strains
     • Sore throat

     • Sunburn or minor burns
