Group Fitness Classes

Aqua Abs

Wednesdays, 5:45 pm, 15 minutes

Ultimate workout for the abs. This 15-minute class will help melt inches off the waistline.

Arthritis Aquatics*+

Gentle movements in a heated pool help relieve arthritis pain and stiffness, while increasing joint flexibility and range of motion. Led by Arthritis Foundation-certified instructors.

Awesome Abs

Tuesdays, 5:30 pm (30 minutes)

By popular demand! A 30-minute ab workout.

Body Max

Complete total-body conditioning workout using a weighted bar, bands and hand weights on and off a step in challenging drills. The pace is up-tempo with intervals of intensity that pump the body and heart. Great for all fitness levels.

 

Boot Camp

Thursdays, 5:45 pm 

A high-energy class with different formats each week.

Cardio Blast

Tuesdays, 9 am

A high-energy class with a different mix of cardio formats, including hi/lo, step, hip-hop and kickboxing.

Cy-Yo

Thursdays, 6 pm

A 1-hour workout combining 40 minutes of speed and cycling on a stationary bike, then 20 minutes of yoga to cool down and refocus the mind and body.

 

 

Cycle 20/20/20

Wednesdays, 5:45 pm

Do it all in just one hour: 20 minutes of cycling, 20 minutes of sculpting and 20 minutes of abs. A great option for those who want to give cycling a try!

Cycle Clinic (Beginner)

This class is held on the third Sunday of every month at 3 pm.

Come on out for a hands-on try at cycling. You'll be shown the basics of bike set up, proper form, etc. Plus, you'll get a great workout.

Cycling

An awesome workout on a bike with no impact to the joints. Ideal for all fitness levels, as you adjust your own resistance. Don't forget your water bottle ... you'll need it!

Deep-water Aerobics

A high-intensity water workout in the deep end. Aqua belts are worn, so swimming experience is not necessary.

Flex and Tone+

Monday-Friday, 8 am

A staple class at Fitness Plus where flexibility and strength are enhanced and lifetime friendships are formed.

This is a great prenatal class as well! Inform the instructor that you are pregnant before the class.

Fit Moms
Sundays, 3 pm
Get your body back while bonding with your newborn! Includes full-body strengthening and flexibility for moms with doctor's clearance. Babies 6 weeks and older are welcome. If available, bring baby sling/Papoose.
Fit Pregnancy

 

Sundays, 2 pm

Total body strengthening to get you ready for childbirth and childcare. Exercises are modified for each mom-to-be based on stage of pregnancy and fitness level. Finish up with much-needed progressive relaxation and stretching.

 

Fit Pregnancy H20

Thursdays, 11 am
A refreshing full-body workout incorporating cardio, strength and flexibility in a safe, aquatic environment. No swimming required.

H2O Warrior
Wednesdays, 5:30 am
Unique workout in the water that combines running, bicycling, cross-country ski, jump rope, kickboxing and many other activities.
Hi/Lo Aerobics

Mondays, 4:30 pm

A high-intensity aerobic workout on the floor.

Line Dancing

Mondays, 1 pm (90 minutes)
Wednesdays, 1 pm (90 minutes)

Bring your dancing shoes for this fun workout! Variety of music, steps and dances. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

Power Interval

Thursday, 9 am

The pace includes a series of intensity blasts that really kick up the class energy level.

Reebok University reinvents traditional strength training in a group exercise setting. A great periodized workout with barbells, dumbbells, and the Reebok deck or coreboard. Define yourself!

 

Step Interval

Mondays. 5:30 pm
Wednesdays, 4:30 pm

Interval training is known to be one of the most effective means of conditioning and toning. This class alternates between high-intensity step and sculpting for a complete body workout.

STOTT PILATES® (Power)

Wednesdays, 9 am

A challenging, faster-paced Pilates mat class designed to improve flexibility and strengthen the core "powerhouse."

STOTT PILATES® Studio Open House

September 27 and October 25, 10 am
Take the opportunity to test drive Pilates equipment under the supervision of a certified STOTT PILATES Instructor.

 

Total Body Sculpting (TBS)

Tuesdays, 4:30 pm

A hardcore workout for the total body, specifically targeting those hard-to-tone areas.

 

Tae Bo Fitness Program

Wednesdays, 5:30 pm

This class is an aerobic exercise routine combining cardio, boxing and martial arts. It will work the entire body and will increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.

 

Tae Kwon Do (additional fee)

Thursday, 7 pm
Saturday, 11 am

Martial arts for ages 6 through adult. Taught by a black belt. Fee-for-service class. Sign up at the front desk.

 

Training Wheels+

Tuesday, 7 pm (40 minutes)

An introductory class to help the new spinner get off to a great start. Also a good option for those who want a less intense ride.

Walkin' to the Beat+

Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:15 am

A low-impact cardio class designed to improve heart and lung condition while minimizing impact to the joints. You'll walk three miles by the time it's over!

Water Aerobics

Yoga

Offers poses and modifications for every level of yoga mastery; using all body systems in harmony to address core strength, flexibility, balance, meditation and various breathing techniques. Rated a 2-3 in difficulty on a scale of 1-4.

 

Yoga Stretch

Mondays, 9 am

Learn the basics of yoga while you increase body awareness, strength and flexibility. We recommend this class as a stepping stone to our other yoga classes. Rated 2 in difficulty on a scale of 1–4.

Zumba®

Mondays, 8 am, 7 pm

Latin dance-inspired fitness class. It is a cardio-based workout with some components of resistance/sculpting training to tone the entire body from top to bottom and inside out. Dance experience helps but not required.

 

Intro to Zumba
Saturdays, 7:45 am
Learn the basic steps for Zumba in this 15 minute instruction class.

All classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. Anyone 13 years and older may attend classes held during dependant hours (5-7:30am, 9-11am, 2:30-5:30pm, 7pm-close). Classes on this schedule are subject to change. Please check the Group Exercise Bulletin Board for notices regarding cancellations, changes in format or substitute instructors.
