Saint Francis Offers EXTRA Help to Quit Smoking


Are you ready to quit smoking but need extra support? Saint Francis Medical Center’s Freedom From Smoking® EXTRA program can help.

Starting April 23, this series of eight 90-minute sessions will educate smokers and smokeless tobacco users about nicotine replacement therapy, prescription assistance, in-depth activities and exercises to help you quit and stay quit.

All classes will be held from 5:30 to 7 pm in the Saint Francis Health and Wellness Center Conference Room 1 (Entrance 8) on the following dates: April 23, April 30, May 7, May 14, May 16, May 21, May 28 and May 30. Cost is $70 for new participants and free to anyone who has attended an American Lung Association Freedom From Smoking class at the Medical Center in the past.
