Saint Francis Medical Center has named Jason Bandermann, MBA, director of Ambulatory Services. In this role, he will be responsible for the oversight of Cape Primary Care, Immediate Convenient Care in Cape Girardeau and Perryville, Occupational Medicine Services, the urology service line, and will serve as project coordinator for the Lean initiative. He will also maintain his duties as administrator for Physicians Alliance Surgery Center.

Bandermann joined the Medical Center in 2007 as a referral service manager for Services to Business. He served as practice manager for Cape Diabetes and Endocrinology prior to accepting his current role with Physicians Alliance. He earned a Bachelor of Science in secondary math education from Southeast Missouri State University and a Masters of Business Administration from William Woods University.
Before joining Saint Francis, Bandermann taught math at Cape Central Junior High School and was a marketing specialist for Crader Distributing in Marble Hill, Mo.
Bandermann is a member of the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce and Cape West Rotary and serves on the boards of directors for the United Way and Gibson Center. He is an active member of and deacon at Lynwood Baptist Church.
