The Saint Francis Blue Carpet Awards shall be given annually to honor the outstanding men and women throughout the Healthcare System. This year our best and brightest departments, practices, employees, providers and volunteers are eligible for 21 awards. Award eligibility includes staff from clinical and non-clinical departments within the Medical Center as well as in our off-site Medical Partner practices.
Recognize your team members for their engagement and the contributions they make every day to ensure a positive patient experience. Make a formal nomination by completing the online nomination form. To nominate on paper, please send the printable nomination form via interoffice mail to Administration c/o Stephanie La Pierre.

- Provide a narrative in 250 words or less how you feel this colleague or department lives our Mission and Core Values and is deserving of this prestigious award
