Footsteps Medical Missions is hosting a free event in April at Saint Francis Health Center – Dexter. A team of volunteers will provide FREE MEDICAL CARE, including diabetic foot care, hair care, hearing aids, cardiology screenings, vision checks and more. All care is FREE and available to patients of all ages!

Pre-registering online will establish your basic patient profile and expedite the registration process.

What to Expect at the Event

After entering Saint Francis Health Center – Dexter, you will be asked if you have pre-registered. You will then be asked to provide your name, date of birth and cell phone number or identity of your vehicle. You will be added to the waiting list and asked to return to your vehicle. When it is your turn for care, someone will call you or send a person to your vehicle. A mask is required at all times.
