Saint Francis Healthcare System will provide sports physical for area middle, junior and high school students.

July 10, 12 and 28 and August 8 and 10 from 8 am-7 pm
- No appointment necessary
- Students should wear loose fitting clothing and have a parent or guardian present
- Please bring any glasses or contacts and completed physical packet
- Physicals are valid for two years, per MSHAA guidelines
*A sports physical does not replace an annual physical exam with a primary care provider.
