HIIT
Join Personal Trainer, Madison, for a beginner-friendly half-hour of high intensity interval training. HIIT is a workout training technique that alternates intervals of rest or low intensity with intervals of high intensity exercises. A HIIT workout is for people seeking weight loss, muscle gains, an increase in metabolism and a decrease in cholesterol. If you have any health concerns, HIIT workouts improve your overall wellbeing and can reduce risk factors such as excess weight.
