Eat, Move, Lose!

Take control of your health with Fitness Plus’ Eat, Move, Lose! program. This eight-week exercise circuit program helps you take the appropriate steps to make lifestyle changes in diet and exercise so that you have the tools you need to continue living
healthy — even after the program ends.

The program includes 40-minute group exercise circuit training twice a week with certified fitness trainers, structured cardio sessions once a week, pre- and post-fitness assessments to determine individual caloric needs for maximum weight loss, and nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian.

The next session of the Eat, Move, Lose! program, which is open to Fitness Plus members and nonmembers, will take place from September 23 through November 14. Pre-fitness assessment and registration is required.
