Linda Greaser has been named Vice President – Human Resources for Saint Francis Healthcare System.
Greaser will provide leadership, development and implementation of policies in all Human Resource functions including staffing, employment, compensation, benefits, as well as state and federal compliance in applicable areas. She will counsel leaders in establishing and maintaining strong employee–management relations. Other duties include designing and developing a candidate marketing program and analyzing the market data to identify future recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
“My leadership philosophy is to be a servant leader,” Greaser said. “I believe my purpose is to serve people and help them develop and perform as highly as possible.”
Greaser retired from Procter and Gamble after 38 years of service. Greaser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla in 1980.

Greaser is involved with the Missouri Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce with many terms on Board of Directors, Zonta Club, Leadership Missouri, Cape Bible Chapel Small Group Leader and Benevolence Committee Leader, Workforce Development Board of Directors, Regional Planning Commission Environmental Group and La Croix Church Greeting and Usher Leader.
