Saint Francis Emergency Department Adds Petry

Dr. William Z. Petry, MD

Saint Francis Medical Center welcomes emergency medicine specialist William Z. Petry, MD as a new provider in the Emergency Department. He joins other emergency providers in Saint Francis’ Emergency and Trauma Center, the region’s only state-designated Level III Trauma Center.

Petry comes to Saint Francis from Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City and, before that, Truman Medical Center, also in Kansas City. He is a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed his residency at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine in Kansas City. He holds board certification through the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
