Nenninger, Layton, Govero Begin Officer Terms
Saint Francis Healthcare System welcomes Jason Siener of Paducah, Ky., to the Board of Directors, along with new officers Clyde Nenninger, Board chairman; John Layton, vice chairman; and Kevin Govero, secretary/treasurer. Nenninger joined the Board of Directors in 1989 and will serve a three-year term. He replaces Dennis Marchi, who has served as Board chairman since 2007. Layton joined the Board in 2006 and Govero joined in 2003.
Siener is president and owner of Beltline Electric Company, Inc., with divisions in Paducah; Owensboro, Ky.; Nashville, Tenn.; and Huntsville, Ala. He has also served as president and chief executive officer of Morsey Constructors, a general contractor located in Western Kentucky. His background includes broad construction experience, with a primary emphasis on the industrial market. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Murray State University.
He has served as a director of Associated General Contractors of Western Kentucky, chairman of the collective bargaining committee for the Western Kentucky Construction Association and as trustee on the board of Building and Organized Labor Together Substance Abuse program and the Health and Welfare Trust Fund for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local Unions 184, 320 and TVA.
Siener, along with his wife Leigh Ann, are enthusiastic supporters of Saint Francis, and created the Parents With Hope fund through the Saint Francis Foundation to assist other parents of babies in the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit who live outside the area. He currently serves as director of the Saint Francis Foundation Board and on the board of directors of the Country Club of Paducah and the Joint Apprenticeship and the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 572 in Nashville.
