Dr. Walker and his team are the best! He is extremely busy, but he always takes the time to answer questions. If you have a procedure that requires him to go into your spinal canal, which can be scary since there are so many risks, Dr. Walker will explain everything so you know what to expect. He will talk to you throughout the procedure and explain what he is doing, but he also throws in some small talk to help keep you relaxed. I've been a patient of Dr. Walker for almost 10 years and I can't think of a negative thing to say about him. Dr. Walker truly cares about his patients and embodies everything a doctor should be. His front office staff, Sandy, Jade and Rhonda, are also exceptional people. If you have questions between appointments, they don't make you feel like you are bothering them. If they are unable to answer your question or resolve your issue, they will transfer you to the appropriate nurse who can handle your problem. If you have to leave a message, the nurse will actually call you back! Dr. Walker and his team are truly a wonderful group of people.
