Saint Francis Behavioral Health Poplar Bluff

Notice: On December 18, 2025, Missouri Highlands Health Care acquired the Saint Francis Healthcare System Poplar Bluff campus and assets.

During the clinic and ancillary services transition, patients will continue to have access to healthcare services at this location. Saint Francis Healthcare System will operate services until January 30, 2026. Missouri Highlands Health Care is expected open at this location on February 2, 2026.

Please note the timeline and dates of the transition.

Saint Francis Pharmacy Poplar Bluff will transition to John’s Pharmacy on January 15, 2026. For more information contact John’s Pharmacy at 573-785-0984.

Saint Francis Clinic Poplar Bluff providers will see patients in Poplar Bluff up to January 23, 2026. This change does not affect any other Saint Francis clinic locations in Southeast Missouri.

Saint Francis Clinic Poplar Bluff Urgent Care services will operate until January 30, 2026, along with Imaging and Laboratory Services.

Black River Ambulatory Surgery Center will close permanently on January 23, 2025.
