Bigelow Accepts Director of Human Resources Role with Saint Francis

Saint Francis Healthcare System is pleased to announce R. Scott Bigelow, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has accepted the role of Director of Human Resources with Saint Francis Healthcare System.

Bigelow received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He earned his Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of West Florida. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management. He also holds certification for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. Bigelow brings more than 20 years of proven success as a Human Resources professional to Saint Francis.

Bigelow will be responsible for Human Resources functions including employee relations, learning and development and engagement for Saint Francis Healthcare System. He will collaborate with his department and with leadership to develop processes to drive best-in-class Human Resources outcomes.
