Masters to Take on New Role as Patient Care Manager of the Progressive Care Unit

Jennifer Masters, RN, BSN

Saint Francis Healthcare System is pleased to recognize Jennifer Masters, RN, BSN, in her promotion to Patient Care Manager of the Progressive Care Unit and Centralized Telemetry effective January 2022.

Masters completed her Associate degree in Nursing at the Southeast College of Nursing in Cape Girardeau. Masters completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.

Masters began her career at Saint Francis Healthcare System in 2015 as a Telemonitor Technician, and transitioned to a Registered Nurse role on the Neuroscience Unit. Masters also served as one of the charge nurses on the COVID Care Unit, and currently serves as an engagement champion.

In her new role, Masters will be responsible for the delivery of care, development of policies and procedures, standards of care and protocols related to the Progressive Care Unit and Centralized Telemetry.
