Palmer Joins Saint Francis Clinic Kingshighway

Saint Francis Healthcare System is pleased to announce that Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Bobbi J. Palmer, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC has joined Saint Francis Clinic Kingshighway.
Palmer earned her Bachelor of Science – Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Mo. in 1987. She earned her Master of Science – Nursing from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 1990. She earned her Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo. in 1997.
Before joining Saint Francis Healthcare System, Palmer was the sole Family Nurse Practitioner at LaCroix Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She worked as faculty at Southeast Missouri State University and Southeast Missouri Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as staff/charge nurse at Southeast Missouri Hospital and Marion Memorial Hospital in Marion, Ill.
Palmer holds certifications and licenses from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, American Nurses Credentialing Center, Missouri State Board of Nursing, Missouri Nursing License and Basic Cardiac Life Support.
