I’m a 65 year old man that’s suffered from severe back pain, in the L4 L5 region for 45 years. I Have needed the aid of a cane for the last 20 years. My neurologist Dr yingling referred me to Dr Fadayomi to have a pain blocker by Abbot. I had it in for six days. On day two I couldn’t believe what was going on with my lack of pain. By day Four I had no need for the cane. By day six I could sit in there chair and extend my arms out in front of me and stand straight up and could do this 3-4 times in a row. After the procedure my left leg went numb from laying on stomach. This is normal for me CANNOT LAY in that position. Normally it would come back in 2-3 days. With the device implanted it was back to full feeling the next morning. It’s been 3 days without the device and the pain is back and I’m back on the cane and forget about standing straight up with my arms out. It’s hard for me to believe so I can’t imagine someone reading this. But thank you dr fadayomi Amy and the whole pain management center and Abbot team. Still say we should have left the temporary device in. lol thank you all so much

Yesterday, September 18, 2025 was my second visit/procedure with Dr. Fadayomi. The nurses were pleasant and explained my procedure after taking my vitals. Afterwards, Dr. Fadayomi came into my exam room and explained the procedure he planned to do. He is very thorough, personable and will answer any questions you may have. I would recommend any of my family and friends to go to Dr. Fadayomi as I felt from my first visit he is trustworthy and professional. Stephanie Johnson-Summers

I was very nervous going in to see Dr. Fadayomi for my first treatment on my back. His nurses were sweet and the Dr. was very personable. He explained everything he was going to do and how it would make me feel. I admire a Dr that will answer your questions. Strongly recommend this office!
