Dr. Barnhill was attentive. She was interested in my input. I felt she was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The office was clean, and the wait was not long.

Altho Dr Barnhill only works every other day, she is the best Dr. I have ever had. If I reach out to her in the patient portal in the evening, I ALWAYS get a response from her NO LATER than 7 am the following morning. I sent one non urgent message and she got back to me on a SATURDAY EVENING, who does this ? Her work ethic & attention to detail is unheard of in this day & age ! She runs circles around Dr's who work full time ! .She is very detail oriented... for example she requested extra labs for me because she noticed my calcium was high , and she looked back at SEVERAL YEARS of labs when I had 2 other doctors and saw that it had been high then, out of 3 doctors, she was the ONLY one to address this issue. She also said she would like to refer me to an endocronologist ,if I was open to that. She has always treated me as a partner in my health care. unfortunatly , she is no longer in my insurance network.

Dr. Barnhill is an amazing and caring Doctor. I've been going through a very difficult diagnosis, lots of pain and new debilitating symptoms daily. She personally answers her messages with thorough and thoughtful replies. She listens and doesn't dismiss your symptoms or equate everything to anxiety. If she doesn't know an exact answer to something, she'll research it and get back to you quickly with good advice. She's fit me in on several occasions for emergency situations. I just feel very lucky to have found her during this difficult time in my life. She's a very thorough and thoughtful Doctor with great bedside manner. Bay Care should feel very lucky to have her! If you haven't found a good primary and are looking, look no further.
