I cannot recommend Dr. Grant McWilliams enough. From the moment he walks into the room, he makes you feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. He is a true gentleman who takes the time to listen without rushing, answers every question with patience, and explains everything in a way that gives you confidence and peace of mind After seeing many healthcare providers over the years, I can honestly say that he is the first physician I have met in Missouri who truly makes me feel like his patients matter. You never feel like just another appointment on the schedule. His compassion, professionalism, and kindness are exceptional, and it is obvious that he truly cares about his patients’ well-being As a woman, I have often felt that my concerns were dismissed or not fully heard by other providers, specially other women doctors, but Dr. McWilliams made me feel respected, understood, and valued from the very first visit. That experience meant more to me than words can express I thank God for leading me to Dr. McWilliams. Finding a physician who combines outstanding medical knowledge with genuine compassion is rare, and I feel incredibly blessed to have him as my gynecologist. Saint Francis is fortunate to have such an exceptional doctor. I would recommend him without hesitation to any woman looking for a physician who truly cares.

Dr. Grant McWilliams is the absolute best OBGYN I have ever had, and I truly mean that. He stands out amongst the other five I've had as he sits on his stool, and makes direct eye contact with you!! It is like you are the only patient he has! It's amazing! I've never been pregnant, before, but I had been told from a prior OBGYN that when it came time to conceive, I would need one of my fallopian removed. My first appointment with Dr. McWilliams, he suggested an ultrasound immedeately to confirm my suspicions since he was new to my team. Never before had my other OBGYN's done this; it was always, "Wait the standard 12 months." Ladies, you deserve better and Dr. McWilliams LISTENS!! NEVER STOP ADVOCATING FOR YOURSELF AND THE CARE YOU DESERVE! Thanks, Dr. McWilliams, and I look forward to my journey with you.

Dr. McWilliams is truly such a wonderful doctor! He was very compassionate and understanding when we experienced repeated early pregnancy losses. When I was anxious about an upcoming procedure, he took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and helped me feel at ease about it all. I am so thankful we have him at SFMC and in our community. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Dr. McWilliams is an EXCELLENT physician and surgeon. Thanks to his surgical skills and knowledge I was able to get pregnant and have a healthy baby boy! He is also kind and makes you feel comfortable during all office visits. He cares about his patients and will go the extra mile to make sure they are cared for. He will go into depth with any questions you have to make sure you fully understand them. I recommend him to everyone!!

He was very compassionate regarding my current health issues and it felt really good for him to immediately say “I’m sorry you’re in pain” during my visit. He walked me through the findings with my testing and gave me his plan of action, and then asked me how I felt about the plan and if I was okay with moving forward with it. He made me feel like I actually had a say in my treatment plan and listened to my concerns. I’m very happy that I was referred to him and look forward to continuing to work together to overcome my health issues.

Dr McWilliams is a wonderful doctor! Every time I’ve been in his office or on the phone with him, he’s taken the time to talk me through recent visits, tests, and future visits and tests, and procedures. He sat with my family after my procedure and explained everything. He has so much compassion. I can’t even begin to express how great he has been with me and my family. They all speak very highly of him, as well. It’s hard to find providers that care this much and are still this invested. I really appreciate him and his staff.

Dr McWilliams and the RN B. were so kind, professional and really seemed to care that I was there. Dr McWilliams took the time to discuss my symptoms and how to manage my care. I’m pleased to be their patient.
