I have been seeing Dr August Ritter's Nurse Practitioner for steroid injections in both knees for the last several years. Recently my husband and I relocated to West Plains, MO but we have continued to use our physicians at SFMC. The doctors are aware of this and they have been fantastic about scheduling us in such a way to minimize our trips back and forth to Cape Girardeau. Lisa is a very friendly individual. She is very professional and does her best to minimize the pain of giving the shots. I would not have a problem recommending her or Dr Ritter to other people. From the registration desk to the visit with the medical staff, the atmosphere is very friendly.

Went in with knee pain and was diagnosed with arthritis. Was given alternative measures to possibly prevent need for surgery.

Ms Miller was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained my situation very well.

I was seen by Lisa in office today and she went above and beyond to find a reason for what was going on. Listened to me and explained everything so I could understand. It’s not very often you get the kinda care you receive at Saint Francis Urgent care. Thank you for you compassion and care.
