I’ve been going to Ferguson Medical Group, now St Francis, since I was a child. Miranda Thurman has always taken good care of myself and my children whenever Dr Douglas was either out of the office or I just couldn’t get in to see him at that time. She asks all the right questions and makes sure I understand the instructions of the after care visit. When a physician actually sits down in front of you and makes you feel like an actual person and NOT a number, then it helps the patient I believe to feel better. Just little things like that matter to a patient.
