He is a caring and thorough physician.

I am old (84) & Dr. Tobey seems to get which complaints are just age & which really need to be addressed.

Always check with the desk, even if you did the e-checkin. I like Dr. Tobey and his ability to make you feel comfortable. I was an Engineer for my entire professional career. The ability to communicate with and extract information from a person, that maybe a little nervous. We all have lives, and sometimes life will throw a curve ball. Maybe the person has had a difficult week at work. Maybe marital or financial problems. Dr. Tobey has the ability to make a person feel at ease. With that being said, Dr. Peter's was my doctor before I moved here and he also could make you feel at ease. I just think it is a good thing. With all the problems that "man" has created for himself, such as war, it seems nothing has been learned. If you are in my tribe, we don't like the tribe just over the next hill so, grab a rock and a stick. I got to the top of the hill and looked back at my tribe, I looked at the "enemies" tribe. Oh, my god they looked the same as us. Just like the people of Ukraine.

Dr. Tobey is always kind, compassionate and caring towards his patients. He takes time to listen and advise. You don’t feel like a number or that he’s trying to rush you out. I highly recommend Dr. Tobey!

He ask how I was doing and that is very important to me. He cares about my concerns with my health . Very polite and understanding.

Dr Tobey sits down and listens to you and make sure that you are doing all right and will take his time with you and make sure that everything is working if not he will try his best to help you

first time seeing Dr tobey, with a referral from Dr Hileman, he came in, took his time, he asked questions, updated stuff, was very thorough, asked me if I had questions, explained stuff, made me feel very at ease, and comfortable, and offered solutions. I would definitely recommend him, was professional, while seeming very friendly, which I liked, and did NOT rush.
