Tina McCorkell Very personable and explained everything thoroughly. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. Very good experience with the nurses and the nurse practitioner and also the lady named Jackie that worked in the front.. The worker at the front desk (her name was Tara) that I spoke to on the telephone before coming into the clinic and then encountered again when I arrived and completed registration was very unfriendly and frankly acted like we were a real inconvenience to her. I was very relieved when the other worker, Jackie was able to help me with the additional information that I needed. The initial experience with your front desk person would not make me recommend your clinic to friends/family, but fortunately your other staff really go the extra mile and show real compassion for patients.

Tina and her NA did a great job of helping me figure out why I felt so bad.

Just came in for Flu shot, received a honest, genuine concern of my overall health such as she discussed my height / weight, and as I am a combat Veteran she asked about my mental health specifically if I’ve been depressed lately. This made me feel as if WE (Veterans) have health care providers that actually care about our mental health…. Huge plus in my book.

Got in quickly to Piedmont urgent care even though several sick patients there also

Ms. McCorkle is knowledgeable, helpful and always concerned about my well-being. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

She listens to your problem and addresses it.

Patient first care at its finest. Took time to explain health care options and follow up care suggestions . Covered several aspects from weight control to blood pressure directions. Lab work reviewed and explained thoroughly.
