Debby Sprandel, RN, BSN, MSN, MBA-HA

Debby Sprandel, RN, BSN, MSN, MBA-HA, serves as Chief Nursing Officer for the Healthcare System. She is responsible for all inpatient and outpatient nursing departments, including Critical Care Services, Emergency and Trauma Services, Maternal Child Health, Medical and Surgical Floors, Surgical Services and Transfer Center, as well as Performance Improvement.

Sprandel joined Saint Francis in 1984, and served in many roles across the Healthcare System, including Registered Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Nursing Director, Service Line Director, Executive Director and Vice President of Ambulatory Nursing.

She earned her nursing diploma from Lutheran School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Webster University, Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University—Edwardsville and Master of Business Administration with a healthcare emphasis from William Woods University.
