Fitness Plus Cupid Shuffle

Join us for the Fitness Plus Cupid Shuffle 5K Mile Walk / Run! Pick any time between February 9 – 13 to get ready for your Valentine and run / walk 3.1 miles. This is a self-monitored race so time yourself and report your time afterwards to the fitness desk. You are welcome to do it on the track (25 laps), on the treadmill or do it outside around the hospital. We will not count it if you do it at home. All finishers will receive a FREE guest pass on their account and a grand prize will be given to overall male / female winners!
