Fitness Plus Winter Demo Day

February 21 @ 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Come out on Saturday, February 21 from 8am - Noon and sample several group fitness classes! We will also offer FREE 30-minute Pilates Reformer sample classes (sign up on Pilates Studio door) and FREE Paddleboard demonstrations in the pool from 10 am-Noon (sign up on Cory's office door).

Come join us on Saturday, February 21 and sample your favorite classes or perhaps try out a new class. Hope to see you there!
