Kneer Returns as Director of Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care

Claire Kneer

Saint Francis Healthcare System is pleased to announce the return of Claire Kneer, RN, BSN, MHA, as Director of Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care, effective March 2022.

Kneer began her career at Saint Francis Healthcare System in 2011, starting as a Case Manager and moving up to the role of Hospice Services Program Manager. In 2015, Kneer transitioned to the role of Director of Home Health and Hospice.

Claire is extremely dedicated to our Mission, vision and values. In Claire’s new role, she will also be responsible for Palliative Care. I look forward to all that she will achieve as we continue to serve our region.”
