This was my first trip to St Francis healthcare facility. Was an awesome experience from the moment we stepped in the place. The facility was extremely nice and every single staff member we had contact with was extremely nice and helpful. Very professional. My provider was not rushed and seemed very knowledgeable of my issue. Would highly recommended St Francis healthcare. Thank you.

Erica is the best! She is very professional and knowledgeable! She was so good with my young daughter. And she’s usually pretty easy/quick to get an appointment with! Would highly recommend her!

She was prompt and explained everything she did. The scope was not comfortable but she tried to make it as pleasant as possible.

Erica has ALWAYS been so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Our little guy was getting repeated ear infections and she was always able to fit us in, get him treated, and even get him scheduled for ear tube surgery twice. We have always appreciated her input as well as her determination to get our kiddo feeling better. She's the best!

She has a great way of treating patients and is very friendly. I won't be going anywhere else but to her.

Erica is always willing to figure out what is going on with my child and how to fix the problem. She isn’t a doctor who sees you as another problem. She takes her time with each patient and is always willing to help.

Erica is the most personable person! She truly knows her stuff. She explained thoroughly my procedure and possible causes. More knowledgeable and friendly than most doctors!
