Have had no problems getting in as appointment times are set for. He and his staff of people try to make the visit go as easy as possible. They kept me up to date on how everything was progressing. Dr. Barnett has a great sense of humor when he is explaining things to me. VA is my primary care provider which meant that he and Saint Francis took a strong discount to serve the Vets but was treated like any other paying patient.

I was greeted with such lovely ladies at the front desk that checked me in and then the nurse that called me back was so sweet and kind. Dr Barkett was quick to figure out what was going on and explain everything to me. He was able to get me some relief for my eye and get me on my way. Such an amazing experience.
