I had been having a hard time the first couple weeks post-op. Marshall, took his time to let me know what I was experiencing was ok and normal for what I had done. He didn't leave me hanging or waiting for answers. He is clearly very educated however spoke to me like a normal person never speaking down to me. Finally, he took time to show me the before and after x-rays so I could see what my spine now looks like. Then told me what comes next over the coming months of recovery.
