I had an ER visit for a neck injury. I was pretty scared. Taylor helped me stay calm, walked me through all the tests she was ordering and why, kept me updated, and explained my results thoroughly. She also explained the specific symptoms to pay attention to and was so kind and patient during my entire appointment. I did wait in the ER lobby for almost 4 hours. I appreciated she was both efficient and quick when I finally made it to the back. She and the nurse, Julie R, were a great team. I felt heard, safe, and cared for appropriately.
