She explains everything and made the process so enjoyable. I feel really comfortable and the aids really help me understand conversations clearly. A true professional in her field. She was so good with my late father in law, I knew who I would go to if I needed hearing help. So glad I did.

She always works to help me in a timely fashion with issues regarding my hearing aids, is friendly and accommodating.

My daughter has seen Yawen for several years. She greets us with a warm welcome each time we come in and remembers the complexity of her case. If we ever have any questions, we can email or call her and she responds quickly .

Dr. Jiang was really great to work with. I would 100% recommend her. I had questions after the first appointment and she saw me again immediately and answered all of my concerns/questions. Honestly can’t say enough; I hope St Francis and the ENT group know what an asset she is.
