Migraines can be related to a number of issues including tension. This therapy releases tension in the shoulders with trigger point therapy, along with stretching of the neck and light massage of the scalp, face and base of the neck.

Chelsea Anderson, LMT

Healing body, mind, and spirit one massage at a time. I am a 2012 graduate of Metro Business College Massage Therapy Certification Program in Cape Girardeau, MO. All of my massage sessions are crafted based upon my client’s needs. Since no two bodies are the same they should each get a unique treatment. My true passion is to help clients feel their absolute best. During my sessions I tend to gravitate towards the Swedish modality, as the body needs to be relaxed so you can manipulate the muscles properly. I also enjoy prenatal massage as it helps both mom and baby. I approach my work with presence and compassion and the intention to support the clients deepest healing.
