Pilates Training

Pilates techniques and equipment, such as the Reformer, are used to strengthen your muscles starting from the powerhouse – your core – and moving out into your extremities. You will use a variety of springs, pulleys and your own body weight to create a dynamic workout to help create muscular endurance, flexibility, mobility, balance and core control using breathing patterns in a precise manner. Pilates helps men and women of all ages.

Sara Wagganer started her fitness teaching journey back in college where she attained her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University.
