Dana Glass, BS, ACSM-EP

Dana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management with an emphasis in Health Promotion from Southeast Missouri State University. She became a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2006. Dana began teaching a variety of group exercise classes, found a passion for personal training and supported Saint Francis Healthcare System colleagues in reaching their health goals through the Wellness program.

Dana began noticing an underdeveloped component of wellness in her own life in the lives of the people she encountered. It was during this time she hit the pause button on her career at Saint Francis to seek out deeper spirituality. This journey led Dana to attending the Transforming Center, where she received a certification in Spiritual Formation. She then furthered that education by attending the Christos Center for Spiritual Formation, where she became a Spiritual Director.

She finds the combination of spiritual and physical wellness to be two of the key components to becoming the best version of ourselves. She considers it a great privilege any time she gets to come alongside another on their journey and is really excited about integrating these skills as she rejoins the Saint Francis family.
