Saint Francis Clinic Farmington

Yesterday I had an appointment at the clinic and I drove an hour to get there. I walked in to get checked in and they told me that the Doctor called in sick and they called everyone this morning about it. I told them I never received a call and the ladies at the front desk were not being very nice and understanding. I was upset and felt disrespected and all I wanted was to get seen for my gallbladder issues. The Manager of the clinic ( Allen ) reached out to me regarding my experience and he was extremely apologetic and just wanted to make things right, most of all he wanted to make sure I get seen. He made sure to set an appointment for me so I’m excited that I’ll be able to get seen and hopefully I can thank Allen in person for all his help.

She is a wonderful provider that listens to her patients and goes above and beyond to help them with their health goals.

Dr Johnson is by far the best physician a patient can have. I'm 47, I have been seeing him since I was 18. The best bedside manner, down to earth and caring doctor I've ever dealt with. Goes above and beyond as a professional and keeps a good line of communication open.

Dr. Prince is the best doctor my family has ever had. She is our family’s primary care. She will spend as much time with you as needed to get to the root of any issue you may be experiencing. She is very knowledgeable and stays up to date on things going on in the world medically, new and old practices. She listens to concerns and also opinions. She takes your thoughts with careful consideration as she provides you with treatment. We’ve been through a few different nurses as we’ve stuck with her. Sometimes the staff at St. Francis isn’t always the best customer service wise, but Dr. Prince always makes that better. I’m very thankful to be her patient.

Dr.Johnson is the best! He takes care of my whole family, including my elderly parents 85 and 81 years. He is very understanding and compassionate. He is always there when we need him and is very much appreciated.

I met Dr. Warren as a new primary care patient and he was wonderful! He was very thorough and I appreciate that. It was easy to get in and out of the office as well. It was a great experience overall! Thank you Dr. Warren!

I am a new patient of Dr. Warren's, and he has been so helpful in addressing issues that my previous PCP totally ignored. He spends the time with me to actually figure out what's going on. He discovered problems that I had that I did not know about and has been able to reduce the amount of medications that I have to take. I have seen him three times now, and it has been excellent care every time! If you are unhappy with your current PCP, this is the doctor to go to.
